Here’s how to make new home ownership a reality.

Think you can’t afford a brand new home?

THINK AGAIN!

If your total household income BEFORE DEDUCTIONS is $30,000.00 per year or more…. We need to talk.

If two of you are working (you and your spouse or significant other), that means you only need to be making $15,000.00 per year each to be able to afford one of our brand new homes. And remember, that’s before taxes and other deductions are taken out. That equals about $650 per week before deductions for one person working and $325 per week if two of you work.

There are, of course, some conditions:

  • You should have been employed consistently for at least the last two years and have the T4′s and tax returns to prove it.
  • You need a fairly clean “Balance Sheet… In other words, you should have decent credit. Your credit cards shouldn’t be jacked up to their limits and your paychecks shouldn’t be dedicated to paying off local loan sharks.
  • You should have a history of paying your bills on time…. We can do A LOT to help you get into a new home…. Including reducing the downpayment requirements to next to nothing…. BUT…. We can’t work miracles. If you owe everyone in town money and your checks bounce like a tennis ball off pavement, you’ve got some work to do before we can be of any help.

“But I don’t have a big pile of money saved for the downpayment!”

Fear not.

There are a number of little known avenues for helping you get into your new home…. Even if you haven’t got the downpayment in your bank account.

In fact, helping good people like you navigate the murky waters of mortgage approval is our specialty. We consider it so important that we’ve put together a “New Home Buyers Guide” that includes everything you need to know to get your mortgage approved faster and more easily than you thought possible.

We even built a website dedicated to helping you get into a brand new home in North Grant Park. It’s at AffordableAntigonish.com. You can grab your copy of the “New Home Buyes Guide” there. Pop on over and grab your copy today.

What if you’ve already got your finances all lined up and ready to go?

No Problem.

Maybe you’ve already started researching a new home purchase and don’t need any help getting past the financing hurdle.

If you’ve already been pre-approved by the bank, got your downpayment all lined up and are just chomping at the bit trying to find the right home, you’re at the right place.

We’ve got 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath brand new homes…. complete with heat pumps and air conditioning for less than $700.00 per month*…. Including lot rent…. Maybe a LOT LESS, depending on your downpayment and the home and options you pick out.

*The monthly payment is dependent upon a variety of factors including downpayment, final price of the home, current interest rate, policies and procedures of the lender, etc. The $700.00 per month quoted is as an example only and can vary based on these and other factors. Please consult with your financial advisor to determine which options are best suited to your circumstances.
