Lot Rentals

Do you already own a newer mini home in good condition? Or perhaps you’ve already found one you love at one of the dealers’ lots and have begun the purchase process? Either way, it’s no problem at North Grant Park. If you’re interested in moving your own home onto one of our lots, we’d be more than happy to work with you.

There are a few criteria you’d have to meet of course, including:

  • Your home needs to be new OR in nearly new condition (Used mobile homes are evaluated on a case by case bases and would have to pass a physical inspection by our park manager to determine suitability).
  • You and anyone else planning to reside in the home would have to pass our screening criteria and be approved for park residency.
  • You and your co-inhabitants  would have to agree in writing to our park rules and conditions and sign our park lease.

That’s about it. We try to make the process as painless as possible. After all, moving is enough of a pain in the neck as it is.

Here’s how to get started:

  • Review our rules and conditions – Make sure you’re comfortable with everything in there FIRST. Read our rules and conditions here
  • Print off a copy of our new resident application and read it over. Don’t send it in just yet, just get familiar with what’s there so you can get your ducks in a row if you’re going to apply. Get an application here
  • Call our park manager to discuss your circumstances. He’ll go over what lots are available, potential move in dates and other tidbits you’ll want to know. And if you’re not purchasing a new home, a meeting will need to be scheduled to inspect your mini-home. Get our contact info here
  • Send in your new resident application. If you’ve made it this far and all systems are go…fantastic. Send off your application (the info is right on the top of the application itself) and we’ll process it ASAP.

If you’ve got any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re looking forward to helping you become a new resident of North Grant Park.
